A titanium post is surgically placed in the jawbone and allowed to fuse (osseointegrate) over a few months. A custom crown is then attached, creating a permanent, natural-looking tooth. Dr. Phan has completed over 20,000 successful implant surgeries, including many complex cases.

Monday–Wednesday: 8AM–5PM · Thursday: 8AM–8PM (extended hours) · Friday: 8AM–4PM · Saturday–Sunday: Closed. We offer Thursday evening appointments for patients who can't get away during regular work hours.
